Arabic Abstract

عنوان البحث: جمع طرق الحديث الواحد وأثرها على الصنعة الحديثية، دراسة تطبيقية على حديث: "المرء مع من أحب".

اعتمدت في هذا البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي ثم الاستنباطي، مستفيدا من المنهج النقدي، وفيه: جمع الطرق حديث: "المرء مع من أحب"، وقد روي من طرق كثيرة، عن صحابة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم.

وجعلت دراستي مكونة من مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة، وفهارس متنوعة، وقد اشتمل الفصل الأول على الدراسة النظرية لجمع طرق الحديث من حيث التعريف والنشأة ومراحله، وأقوال الأئمة المتقدمين والمتأخرين فيه، والمؤلفات التي عنيت بجمع طرق الحديث الواحد، ومهارة جمعه، بينما اختص الفصل الثاني بالدراسة التطبيقية لأوجه وطرق روايات حديث المرء مع من أحب، والفصل الثالث والأخير متعلق بالصنعة الحديثية، وأثرها في فهم النص، ومعرفة درجة الحديث، وأنواع أخرى من علوم الحديث.

تم خلصت إلى خاتمة البحث، وضمنتها أهم النتائج والتوصيات؛ ومن هذه النتائج: 1- فهم الحديث وبيان معناه، يتم من خلال جمع طرق الحديث الواحد، فإنها إذا جمعت فسر بعضها بعضا، واتضح المراد، وهي سبيل الإزالة ما وقع من إشكال أو اختلاف.

2- معرفة ملابسات الحديث، والظرف الذي سيق النص لأجله، يتم عبر جمع طرق الحديث الواحد، وتتبع رواياته.

أما التوصيات: أوصي بضرورة الاعتناء بجمع طرق الحديث الواحد، وخاصة التي تعرض لذكرها الأئمة النقاد، دراسة، وتحقيقا، وشرحا، والتعرف على مناهج الأئمة النقاد السابقين.

English Abstract

Title of the study: Combining the Methods of Collecting a Single Hadith and Their Impact on Hadith Collection craft, an applied study on the hadith: “A man is with whom he loves”.

To conduct this study, the researcher used the inductive and then deductive approaches, making use of the critical method that covered: a collection of hadith methods: “A man is with whom he loves.” This study consists of an introduction, an introductory chapter, three chapters, a conclusion, and various indexes.

The first chapter deals with the theoretical study of collecting the methods of hadith in terms of its definition, its origin and its stages, the sayings of the early and later imams on it, and the literature that was concerned with collecting methods of one hadith, and the skill of its collection The second chapter specializes in the applied study and the aspects and methods of the hadith narrations “A man is with the one he loves”, and the third and final chapter is related to the hadith craft, and its impact on understanding the text, knowing the class of hadith, and other types of hadith sciences.

The most important findings of the study: 1- Understanding the hadith and clarifying its meaning, is done by combining the collection methods of one hadith, for if they are combined, they explain each other, and the meaning becomes clear, and it is a way to remove the problem or difference that occurred.

2- Knowing the circumstances of the hadith, and the circumstance for which the text was presented, by combining the methods of one hadith, and tracing its narrations.

The most important recommendations of the study: The study recommended the necessity of taking care of combining the methods of one hadith, especially those mentioned by the critical imams, as a study, investigation, and explanation, and to learn about the methods of the previous critical imams.
