Arabic Abstract

الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على المبعوث رحمة للعالمين، وعلى آله وصحبه، ومن اهتدى بهديه واستن بسنته، ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين.

أما بعد: فهذا بحث بعنوان: "أقوال الإمام إبراهيم الحربي في الجرح والتعديل"، تناول فيه الباحث أقوال الإمام إبراهيم الحربي في التعريف بالرجال، والكلام فيهم جرحا وتعديلا.

ولهذه الدراسة أثرها البالغ في علم النقد عند المحدثين، للوقوف على مدلولات ألفاظ الإمام إبراهيم الحربي في نقد الرجال، وتزداد أهمية هذا البحث بمعرفة منزلة الإمام إبراهيم الحربي بين النقاد ومرتبته من حيث التشدد والاعتدال والتساهل.

وقد جاء البحث في مقدمة وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة كالآتي: المقدمة: فقد تناول فيها الباحث، أهمية الموضوع وبواعث اختياره، وأهداف البحث، ومنهج البحث، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث.

الفصل الأول: فقد تناول فيه الباحث، ترجمة الإمام إبراهيم الحربي، وما يتعلق بالحالة السياسية والاجتماعية والعلمية لعصره، وما يتعلق باسمه ونسبه وكنيتيه ولقبه ومولده ونشأته العلمية، ورحلاته، وشيوخه وتلاميذه، وأقوال العلماء فيه، ومنزلته بين المحدثين، ووفاته، وتمهيد في علم الجرح والتعديل.

الفصل الثاني: فقد تناول فيه الباحث أقوال الإمام إبراهيم الحربي في التعديل، وذلك ببيان مدلولات ألفاظه، ثم مقارنة أحكامه على الرواة بأحكام غيره من النقاد، مع إبراز نتائجها، ومعرفة مراتب التعديل عنده، وخصائص منهجه فيه.

الفصل الثالث: فقد تناول فيه الباحث أقوال الإمام إبراهيم الحربي في التجريح، وذلك ببيان مدلولات ألفاظه، ثم مقارنة أحكامه على الرواة بأحكام غيره من النقاد، مع إبراز نتائجها، ومعرفة مراتب التجريح عنده، وخصائص منهجه فيه، ودراسة تطبيقية لكل راو ضعيف، جرح شديد، وجرح يسير.

الخاتمة: فقد استعرض فيها الباحث أهم نتائج البحث، وتوصيات الباحث.

English Abstract

Praise be to Allah, and prayers and peace be upon the messenger who was sent as a mercy to the worlds.

The title of this study is the approach of Imam Ibrahim Al-Harbe in excavation and modification" This study is of great importance to modern narrators’ critics for its illustration of the implications of the lexicon of Imam Ibrahim Al-Harbe among other critics and his rank of strictness and moderation in excavating and modifying of narrators of prophetic traditions.

This study is divided into an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion.

The introduction explains the importance of the study, reasons of its selection, objectives of the study, research methodology, review of literature and the study plan.

The first chapter explains the biography of Imam Ibrahim Al-Harbe, and whatsoever related to political, social and scientific status of his time.

This is in addition to what is related to his name, genealogy, surname, birth, scientific upbringing, his journeys, his teachers and students, the sayings of scholars about him, his status among the modernists, his death, and an introduction the science of excavating and modifying narrators.

The second chapter addresses the approach of Imam Ibrahim Al-Harbe in the modifying, through explaining the implications of his lexicon, then comparing his opinions of the narrators with the opinions other critics, highlighting the results, identifying his ranks of the crediting, and the characteristics of his approach.

The third chapter: addresses the approach of Imam Ibrahim Al-Harbe in the excavating, through explaining the implications of his lexicon, then comparing his opinions of the narrators with the opinions other critics, highlighting the results, identifying his ranks of the excavating, and the characteristics of his approach.

The conclusion: presents the most important findings and recommendations of the study.
