Abstract EN

The current research aimed to identify the nature of the psychometric properties of the auditory processing scale in children with developmental language disorder, and the scale consists of four dimensions, namely: first: auditory discrimination, second: auditory perception, third: auditory memory, fourth: auditory closure, and it consists of (44 paragraph, and the psychometric research sample consisted of (30) children with developmental language disorder, their ages ranged between (4.6-6) years, with an average age of (5.74) and a standard deviation of (0.61), and this was done by using appropriate statistical treatments the results of the research concluded that there are indicators of internal consistency, honesty, and stability of the scale of children with developmental language disorder, which makes it a valid tool for use to achieve the goals for which it was set, and then the researcher recommends conducting more studies aimed at reducing deficiencies and developing auditory processing among children with developmental language disorder using the current scale.
