they were divided into two groups (an experimental of 5 and a control of 5)).

the researcher used the following tools: psychological well-being scale among mothers of children with intellectual disabilities (prepared by researcher), the program (prepared by the researcher), results showed the effectiveness of study program in improving psychological well-being in mothers of children with intellectual disabilities, and the continuity of its effectiveness in improving psychological well-being in mothers of children with intellectual disabilities.
