Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى استعراض مرحلة من أهم مراحل الصراع "الإسرائيلي" العربي، هي حرب الاستنزاف ما بين عامي 1967-1970م، حيث اندلعت تلك الحرب نتيجة مباشرة لهزيمة الجيوش العربية في حزيران عام 1967م، فقررت القيادة المصرية عدم التسليم بالمعطيات العسكرية الجديدة، وخوض معركة طويلة الأمد على الجبهة المصرية، وإعادة تسليح وتحديث قواتها، واستعرضت الدراسة أبرز المجربات والمواقف العسكرية والسياسية خلال حرب الاستنزاف، التي كان لها تأثير مباشر على طرفي الصراع.

واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي، وكان بين أدواتها تحليل مضمون الصحف العربية والعبرية والإنجليزية لتتبع المجربات والأحداث خلال حرب الاستنزاف.

وقسم الباحث الدراسة إلى فصل تمهيدي وأربعة فصول، تناول في الفصل التمهيدي الجذور التاريخية للصراع الإسرائيلي العربي، ودرست الفصول الأربعة الإعداد العسكري والأوضاع العسكرية لطرفي الصراع، وأبرز مجربات حرب الاستنزاف ما بين عامي 1967-1970م، وأهم المواقف العربية والإقليمية والدولية خلال فترة الدراسة.

وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أبرزها: أن حزب الاستشراف أعادت التوازن العسكري الذي احتل لصالح "إسرائيل" بعد حرب حزيران 1967م، وأن الطاقات العربية عندما تستغل في مسارها الصحيح يكون لها تأثير إيجابي على نتائج الصراع مع "إسرائيل".

وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات التي قد تساعد صانعي القرار على تقييم المرحلة التي تمر بها القضية الفلسطينية بشكل أفضل، وتسخير الأدوات المناسبة الإدارة الصراع مع "إسرائيل"، خاصة دراسة الجيش "الإسرائيلي" بشكل أعمق.

English Abstract

This study aims at presenting one of the most important stages of the Arab "Israeli" conflict, the war of attrition from 1967 to 1970.

That war broke out as a direct result of the defeat of the Arab armies in June 1967 AD, therefore; the Egyptian leadership decided not to accept the new military status, and to wage a long battle on the Egyptian front, and to re-arm and modernize its forces.

The study reviewed the most prominent military and political events and positions during the war of attrition, which had a direct impact on both sides of the conflict.

The study used the historical method, and among its tools was the analysis of the content of the Arabic, Hebrew and English newspapers to track the actions and events during the war of attrition.

The researcher divided the study into an introductory chapter and four chapters.

The introductory chapter explained the historical roots of the “Israeli” Arab conflict.

The four chapters examined the military preparation and military conditions of the two parties to the conflict, the most prominent course of the war of attrition from 1967 to 1970, and the most important local, regional and international attitudes during the study period.

The study concluded a number of findings the most important of which were that the war of attrition restored the military balance that was disturbed in favor of "Israel" after the June 1967 war, and that Arab energies, when exploited on the right track, have a positive impact on the results of the conflict with "Israel".

The study drew a set of recommendations that may help decision makers to better assess the stage the Palestinian cause is going through, and to use the appropriate tools to manage the conflict with "Israel", especially studying of the "Israeli" army in more depth.
