Abstract EN

To identify the relationship between the servant leadership of the directors of sports and school activities and the job satisfaction of the technical supervisors in the directorates of Baghdad education.

The current research community was identified from the technical supervisors of the sports and school activity in the education directorates in Baghdad, who numbered (155) technical supervisors for the academic year (2021/2022).

Conclusions: The servant leadership scale was designed based on (5) domains and (20) statements.

The job satisfaction scale was designed with (25) items, and the results revealed a direct correlation between the practice of servant leadership and job satisfaction.

The most prominent recommendations were the need to work on implementing training programs to develop their skills and knowledge about the characteristics of servant leadership and its benefits and impact on both the university and the employees.

And work to develop the relationship between managers of sports activities and technical supervisors by intensifying meetings and gatherings and enhancing the culture of job satisfaction for workers by increasing incentives and letters of thanks and appreciation.
