Arabic Abstract

تأتي هذه الدراسة الموسومة ب (المقامات الصوتية الأساسية عند العرب في ضوء الدراسات الصوتية الحديثة) كمحاولة للتعريف بالمقامات الصوتية الأساسية العربية، وتسليط الضوء عليها وعلى أهميتها في الدراسات الموسيقية الحديثة، كما وضحت سردا تاريخيا طويلا لها ولجذورها القديمة وإبراز جهود العلماء في تطويرها والرقي بها، كما بينت علاقة الموسيقى باللغة العربية من خلال علم الأصوات والشعر العربي وعروضه، وعرفت المقامات الصوتية وتكوين سلالمها وأنواعها وفروعها، ثم تطرقت أخيرا إلى مجالات استعمال المقامات الصوتية العربية آليا وغنائيا.

وأبرزت الدراسة جانبا عمليا تمثل في شرح المقامات وعرض بعض الأغاني كنماذج تم تلحينها على هذه المقامات، وكذلك إظهار تحليل السلالم الموسيقية التي منها تتركب المقامات الصوتية وبها تتم صياغة الألحان.

وتهدف هذه الرسالة إلى التعرف على المقامات الصوتية العربية تاريخها، والمراحل التي مرت بها، كما تشرح أنواع المقامات الصوتية العربية الأساسية وبعضا من فروعها، والطبقات الصوتية المختلفة، وتسعى إلى توضيح مجالات استعمال المقامات الصوتية، وبالتالي إثراء المكتبة العربية بإضاءة بحثية جديدة.

واعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج التاريخي الوصفي في هذه الدراسة، كما اقتضت الدراسة أن يكون المنهج التحليلي في شرح السلالم الموسيقية للمقامات.

أما نتيجة الدراسة فقد خلصت إلى إبراز الصورة التراثية للموسيقى العربية وما بها من مقامات وألحان في قالبها الحداثي الجديد، والذي استندت عليه معظم الدراسات الموسيقية الحديثة، كما عرضت ربطا واضحا بين اللغة والمعاني عموما والموسيقى خصوصا، وأعطت للدارس شرحا وافيا حول مجالات استعمال المقامات العربية وأهميتها الكبيرة في الموسيقى المعاصرة.

English Abstract

This study which is entitled, “The Basic Melodic Sounds in Arabic A study in the Light of Modern Phonetic Studies” is as an attempt to define Arab basic vocal scales, highlighting them and their importance in modern musical studies.

The study also presents its history and development.

It also shows the relationship between music and Arabic language through the science phonetics and Arabic poetry and its performances.

The study also defines the vocal scales, its structures, music ladders, types and branches.

The study also touches on the domains using of vocal scales of Arabic voice by instruments and singing.

The study highlights a practical aspect represented in explaining the scales and displaying some songs as examples that were composed on these scales.

It also shows the analysis of the musical scales from which the vocal scales are composed and through which melodies are formulated.

The objective of this study is to get acquainted with the Arabic vocal scales, its history, and the stages it passed through.

It explains the types of basic Arabic vocal scales and some of its branches, and the different sound layers.

It seeks to clarify the fields of using vocal scales, and therefore, enriching the Arabic library with new research studies.

The researcher used the descriptive historical approach to conduct this study.

The study also required that the analytical approach to be used for explaining the musical scales.

As for the findings of the study, it highlights the traditional image of Arabic music and its scales and melodies in its new modern form, on which most modern music studies were based.

It also presented a clear link between language and meanings in general and music in particular, and provided the learner a full explanation about the domains of using Arabic vocal scales and its importance for contemporary music.
