Arabic Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة معالجة المواقع الإخبارية الفلسطينية لقضايا ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، ورصد أبرز الموضوعات التي تناولتها، ومعرفة مدى ارتباط موضوعات وقضايا ذوي الاحتياجات بمناسبات ونوع المسميات التي تطلق عليها، وأيضا معرفة نوع الإعاقة، واتجاه هذه الموضوعات والأساليب الإقناعية التي استخدمتها ومصادرها الأولية والصحفية، والنطاق الجغرافي لها، وكذلك معرفة الأشكال الصحفية التي استخدمتها مع عرض عناصر الإبراز والتدعيم التي صاحبت موضوعات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، والوقوف على أوجه الاتفاق والاختلاف بين المواقع الإخبارية الفلسطينية.

وتعد هذه الدراسة من البحوث الوصفية، وفي إطارها استخدمت الباحثة منهج منهجين هما: منهج الدراسات المسحية من خلال استخدام أسلوب تحليل المضمون، ومنهج العلاقات المتبادلة من خلال استخدام أسلوب المقارنة المنهجية، وتم جمع بيانات الدراسة عن طريق أداة استمارة تحليل المضمون، كما استخدمت الباحثة نظرية ترتيب الأولويات "الأجندة".

واختارت الباحثة المواقع الإخبارية الفلسطينية الثلاثة وهي (موقع سما الإخباري، موقع سوا الإخباري موقع فلسطين اليوم)، وتم حصر المادة الإخبارية المتعلقة بموضوعات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة حصرا شاملا.

خلال الفترة الزمنية الواقعة من 3 نوفمبر 2017 وحتى 3 يناير 2020م.

وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها: 1.

تصدرت موضوعات "دمج ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة" مقدمة الموضوعات التي تناولت ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في مواقع الدراسة وذلك بنسبة (10.8%)، وتلتها بالمرتبة الثانية موضوعات "اعتداءات وانتهاكات ذوى الاحتياجات" بنسبة (9.8%).

احتل مسمى "ذوي الإعاقة بكل تصنيفاتها" في مقدمة المسميات التي استخدمتها مواقع الدراسة بنسبة (%69).

جاء "الخبر الصحفي" في مقدمة الأشكال الصحفية في مواقع الدراسة بنسبة (78.1%)، وتلاه في المرتبة الثانية "التقرير الصحفي" بنسبة (19.2%).

التوصيات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: 1.

أن تسلط المواقع الإلكترونية الضوء على القضايا المتعلقة بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة مثل همومهم ومشاكلهم ومعاناتهم، وحقوقهم في كافة مجالات الحياة، وتقديم نماذج مشرفة وإبراز إجازاتهم.

تركيز الإعلاميين على الأشكال الإعلامية التفسيرية والتحليلية من قصص حول نجاحات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وحوارات معهم حول الإنجازات التي حققوها، وتحقيقات للحديث عن مشاكلهم، وعدم الاقتصار على التغطية الخبرية.

3.

تسليط الضوء على الإعاقة والنمائية كالتوحد، وعلى الاضطرابات السلوكية والوجدانية وصعوبة التعلم وعدم الاقتصار على الإعاقة الحركية والبصرية وإفراد مساحات في تناول قضاياهم.

English Abstract

This study aims to identify the nature of the Palestinian news websites' treatment of the issues of people with special needs, trace the most prominent topics they dealt with, and know the extent to which the topics and issues of people with special needs are related to occasions and the type of titles assigned to them.

The study also seeks to know the type of disability, the orientation of these topics, the persuasive methods used, the primary and journalistic sources drawn upon, and the geographical scope of these topics.

Further, the study examines the journalistic forms that were used and the elements of salience and support that accompanied the topics of people with special needs, and looks into the points of agreement and difference between the Palestinian news websites.

This descriptive research adopted both the survey studies method that used content analysis, and the method of studying mutual relations that involved using methodological comparison.

The study data were collected using a content analysis form, and the study is based on the Agenda Setting Theory.

The researcher chose three Palestinian news sites (Sama News Agency, Sawa News Agency and Palestine Today Agency), and the news material related to the issues of people with special needs was comprehensively collected during the period from November 3, 2017 to January 3, 2020.

The study concluded with a set of results, the most prominent of which are the following: 1.

The topics of "integrating people with special needs" ranked first in the study websites at a rate (10.8%), followed by the topics of "attacks and violations targeting people with special needs", at a rate (9.8%).

The title of "people with disabilities in all its classifications" was at the forefront of the titles used by the study websites, at a percentage of (69%).

3.

The “press news” came first in the journalistic forms used in the study sites, at a rate of (78.1%), followed by the “press report”, at a rate of (19.2%).

The researcher made the following recommendations: 1.

The news websites should shed light on issues related to people with special needs, such as their concerns, problems, suffering, and their rights in all areas of life, provide honourable examples of them and highlight their achievements.

Media professionals should focus on interpretive and analytical media forms, such as success stories of people with special needs, and publish dialogues with them about their achievements, and carry out investigative reports addressing their problems, and not be limited to news coverage.

3.

The news websites should pay attention to disability and development, such as autism, and on behavioural and emotional disorders and learning difficulties.

Attention should not be limited to motor and visual impairments, and they need to devote enough space to address their issues.
