Arabic Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات الصحفيين الفلسطينيين نحو استخدام تويتر في عملهم الصحفي ووضع مقترحات لتطوير طريقة استخدامهم للموقع، وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى البحوث الوصفية والتي استخدم الباحث فيها منهج المسح الإعلامي وفي إطاره تم توظيف أسلوب مسح أساليب الممارسة الإعلامية للتعرف على طبيعة استخدام الصحفيين الفلسطينيين لتويتر وتم جمع البيانات من خلال أداة صحيفة الاستقصاء والمقابلة الشخصية المعمقة وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في الصحفيين الفلسطينيين في محافظات قطاع غزة والمقدر عددهم 735 صحفي ووزعت الصحيفة على عينة 20% من المجتمع قوامها 157 مفردة خلال الفترة الواقعة بين 2 / 4 / 2019م وحتى 28 / 4 / 2019م وقد اعتمد الباحث نظرية الاستخدامات والإشباعات كأساس نظري للدراسة.

وتوصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها: 1.

يستخدم ما نسبته 71.7% من الصحفيين الفلسطينيين تطبيق تويتر في العمل الصحفي ويفضل 92.1% استخدام تويتر من خلال الهاتف الذكي.

يستفيد الصحفيين الفلسطينيين من استخدام موقع تويتر في العمل الصحفي بدرجة متوسطة، ويستخدم ما نسبته 84.2% من الصحفيين الفلسطينيين موقع تويتر في العمل الصحفي لتغريد النصوص.

3.

ويلبي موقع تويتر احتياج الصحفيين الفلسطينيين في العمل الصحفي بنسبة 69.0%، حيث بلغت الإشباعات المتحققة للصحفيين الفلسطينيين من استخدام موقع تويتر في العمل الصحفي بنسبة 67.7%.

يقترح الصحفيون الفلسطينيون لتحسين استخدامهم لتويتر في العمل الصحفي تنظيم آلية نشر مشتركة للأخبار الوطنية المرخصة، والسعي للحصول على إشارة التوثيق الخاصة بتويتر للحسابات الإخبارية، وتفعيل عمل المجموعات الإخبارية وبناء على هذه النتائج خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات أهمها: 1.

تعزيز استخدام موقع تويتر لموثوقيته وبعده النسبي عن سياسة حذف المحتوى الفلسطيني 2.

دعوة جهات الاختصاص لعقد ورش عمل تعريفية بتويتر وأهمية تعزيز المحتوى الفلسطيني عليه، ودعوة الصحفيين الفلسطينيين لتعزيز المحتوى الإعلامي على موقع تويتر.

3.

دعوة المكتب الإعلامي الحكومي، ونقابة الصحفيين لعمل آلية مشتركة للنشر المتعلق بالأخبار الوطنية عبر تويتر، والمساعدة في توثيق الصفحات الفلسطينية الإخبارية على تويتر.

English Abstract

using Twitter in their journalistic work and to put suggestions for developing the way they use the site,This study belongs to descriptive research in which the researcher used the media survey method, and in this context, the method of surveying media was used to identify the nature of Palestinian journalists' use of Twitter.

Data were collected through the survey newspaper tool and in-depth personal interview.

The study population was represented by Palestinian journalists in the governorates of the Gaza Strip.

They are 735 journalists, The newspaper was distributed to a sample, 20% of the study population 157 persons during the period between 1/4/2019 To 28/4/2019.

The researcher adopted the theory of uses and gratifications as a theoretical basis for the study.

The study reached a number of results: • 71.7% of Palestinian journalists use the Twitter app for journalistic work, and 92.1% prefer using Twitter through a smartphone • Palestinian journalists benefit from using Twitter in medium-sized journalistic work, and 84.2% of Palestinian journalists use Twitter in journalistic work to tweet texts.

• Twitter satisfies the requirement of Palestinian journalists in journalistic work by 69.0%, whereby the achieved satisfactions of Palestinian journalists from using Twitter in journalistic work reached 67.2%.

• Palestinian journalists, to improve their use of Twitter in journalistic work, suggest organizing a joint publication mechanism for licensed national news, and seeking to get a Twitter signal of authentication for news accounts, and activating the work of newsgroups.

Based on these results, the study concluded to several recommendations: • Boosting Twitter usage because of its reliability and its relative dimension from the policy of deletion of the Palestinian content.

• Inviting the concerned authorities to hold informational workshops on Twitter and the importance of promoting Palestinian content on it, and invite Palestinian journalists to promote media content on Twitter.

• Inviting the government media office and the Press Syndicate to create a common mechanism for publishing national news via Twitter, and to help in the documentation of Palestinian news pages on Twitter.
