Abstract EN

The current research aims to reveal the influence of the intelligent organization in reducing organizational Alzheimer's.

The research problem was embodied to answer the main question, is there an influence of the intelligent organization in reducing organizational Alzheimer's in the company of the research sample? The research relied on the main hypothesis that (there is a statistically significant influence between the dimensions of the intelligent organization and its ability to reduce the organizational repercussions of Alzheimer's).

The importance of research is embodied on the theoretical side, as its one of the modern topics at the level of the Iraqi environment.

And on the practical side, the research was subjected to a sample of (45) individuals working in the branch of Asia cell Company in the city of Al-Amarah.

The research came out with a set of conclusions and recommendations.

The most important of them was the recommendation of research in the field of organizational development to adopt the dimensions of the intelligent organization to reduce organizational Alzheimer's.
