The study aimed to identify the effect of active learning using the (think-pair-share) strategy on acquiring some teaching skills for the student teacher at the faculty of physical education.

a control group and the other an experimental one with the strength of each of them (15) fifteen students.

the strategy (think-pair-share) is applied to the experimental group, and to the traditional group the method used (explanation and model) is applied.

the results of the study resulted in the superiority of the experimental group, which used the program the proposed educational method using the (think-pair-share) strategy on the control group, which used the method used (explanation and model) with a significant difference of 0.05.
