Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify : The opinions of specialists in educational and psychological sciences regarding the extent of the effects of the developmental foundations to the teacher, the learner, and the educational content.

To achieve this goal, the researchers designed a developmental foundations survey that consist of (15) questions, each one with (3) alternatives, then standard characteristics for the survey were drawn out, represented by apparent truth and the stability of re testing, after that used the required statistical means (weighted mean and relative weight) to achieve the following result : All educational and psychological specialists emphasized the prominent role of developmental foundations in preparing the learner, developing the teacher, and strengthening the construction of educational content.

The researchers came out with a group of Conclusions, recommendations, and suggestions.
