Abstract EN

The aim of this research is as follows, : Identifying the level of competition of primary school headmasters.

The current research community is determined by the headmasters of primary schools affiliated with the Baghdad Education Directorates, Karkh (first - second - third) in Baghdad for the academic world (2020-2021).

The research sample was selected randomly, (250) headmasters.

In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher did the following: Primary school principals have a high level of competition.

constructiong a competition scale, and the tool was subjected to statistical analysis procedures .The data was processed statistically using (SPSS).

As for the most important findings of the current research.

- Primary school principals have a high level of competition.
