Abstract EN

The current research aimed to identify psychological engineering, and the differences in those levels according to demographic variables, gender (male, female), specialization (scientific, human), and the research community included university students at the University of Anbar for the academic year (2021/2022), who numbered (23193).

), male and female students distributed according to gender to (9150) male students and (14043) female students and distributed by specialization to (11227) scientific and (11966) humanitarian distributed among the (18) colleges, from whom a sample of (430) male and female students was selected.

Distributed according to gender (170) male and (260) female students.

As for specialization, the number of students in the scientific specialization reached (208) male and female, and the number of students in the humanitarian specialization was (222) male and female.

To achieve the research objectives, the researchers built a scale (Psychological engineering) Bandler & Grinder, 1979.

The scale consists of (40) items distributed on those (4) dimensions: (Outcome, Sensitive Sense, Positive Initiative, Flexibility), with (10) items for each domain.

And the alternatives (applicable to me a lot, apply to me to a moderate degree, apply to me to a small degree, do not apply to me at all).

And the weights were given (4, 3, 2, 1), respectively), and their psychometric properties were checked, and after using the appropriate statistical methods, the researchers reached the following results: The research sample is characterized by a high level of psychological engineering, and there are no differences in psychological engineering.

According to gender (males - females), and it was found that there are differences in psychological engineering according to specialization (scientific - human), and in favor of specialization (scientific).
