Abstract EN

The current research aims to reveal the degree of some personality traits represented by (love of work - working for the future and planning for it - capability of dialogue, discussion and negotiation -confidence) among the employees of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Iraq and knowing whether there are individual differences and statistical significance in These personality traits according to the variable (gender).

The study sample consisted of (120) male and female employees, who works for (construction and projects) and (administrative and financial) departments.

Personality trait scale have used which consist of (4) sections, each section with a group of aspects , validity was verified by presenting it to a group of experts and arbitrators, and the results indicated the degrees of personal traits of the Ministry's employees to a medium degree, and the researcher came out with a set of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions.
