This research deals with the contradiction in creativity as a technical ornament or a creative given with its aesthetics, which enables the writer or poet to use and employ it in a certain way, according to his culture and awareness, taking advantage of its artistic dimensions, which can be shown to us through the manifestations of paradox In the use of language, artistic formation, photography, imagination...

etc., and all other aspects of creativity.

The study is limited to the analysis of two creative models that reveal the aesthetics of contradiction, the first of which belongs to the side of storytelling, which is a short story by the Egyptian writer Yahya Al Taher Abdullah from the seventies generation, titled I, She and the Flowers of the World, from his short story collection bearing the same title as the selected story, issued by the authority The Egyptian General Book of the Year 1974 AD, and the second a poem by the Egyptian poet Mounir Fawzy, entitled "Islands" and it is from his first book "The Transformations of the Earth" issued in 1984 AD.

The research attempts to identify the dimensions of employing the aesthetics of contradiction as used by the two creators, to express some of the private and public issues that preoccupied each of them as mentioned in their two texts, within the framework of the research dealing with two basic hypotheses : 1- Can the contradiction include an aesthetic or artistic value! 2- What are the dimensions of this value - if it exists - if it is used and employed in a literary text, and how can it be broken down its elements, understand its overall dimensions and taste its aesthetic data!
