Tell Abu Anteek is the popular name for the ancient city of (pi-kasi), which means in Arabic (the mouth of the cup).

the hill is located in the common border area between the governorates of Najaf, Babylon and Qadisiyah, about 27 km northeast of the present city of Kufa and about 50 km south of the ancient city of Babylon The Iraqi General Authority for Antiquities and Heritage began excavating the site in 1999-2002, and then resumed its excavations in the hill in 2007.

It proved that the hill was an inhabited settlement, complete with residential, official and service buildings.

I put here a study of three texts from the Abu Anteek website.
