The research deals with Hegebs political philosophy‘especially the fidt indications of the rise of modern liberalisnvby concentrating on the human nature and employing the notion of conflict among humans.

To verify the rise of liberalism in human societies‘Hegel deconstructed the moral life of their individuals‘seeking to set ethical systems to be adopted by the societies at his timc'without affecting the beliefs of the modern Western self which is characterized by self-independence of volitiomand under the condition that those moralities would not to move away from the Western modernity and its cultural project of enlightenment.
