Hermonytica was born with the birth of human thought.

When there is dialogue and understanding, there is the hermeneutic process or hermeneuticism.

One of the most famous definitions of the heretics : the art of interpretation, the art of understanding.

the existential philosophy of understanding, the system of interpretation, and the general method of the humanities.

One of the definitions that is in harmony with the process of conducting understanding in the Islamic thinker is : that the hierarchy is a science or art associated with a statement or constitutes understanding by observing its limits and attachments.

Classical Hermeneutica is one of the most important schools of Hermeneuticism, which was the official beginning of the science of the Hermeneutica, and which in its research meant understanding the intention of the author.

As well as the Hermeneutic Romance School, one of the pioneers of Schleiermakh, is one of the most famous professors of the School of Romance, which set the necessary conditions for the process of understanding.

However, the most famous of these schools is the philosophical school, and Heidegger is the founder of that school, who said there is a deep connection between Hermoneutics and the theory of existence.

The importance of this research is due to the importance of its subject, which is to identify the foundations and roots of the hierarchy among intellectuals and scholars of contemporary Islam, and to try to distinguish them from the hierarchical buildings that contradict the Islamic faith and principles.

Contemporary Islamic scholars have argued that certain knowledge of theoretical knowledge can be traced back by inference to axioms, which are not relative, and are not subordinate to the circumstances of the perception.

The philosophy of the situation is also one of the most important foundations and buildings to achieve understanding and reach the required interpretation, by paying attention to the stability of the linguistic meaning and the intention of the author, so that the meaning is fixed and personalized, and does not change with the circumstances of the addressee.

Contemporary Islamic scholars see the possibility of reaching the intention of the author based on approaches to understanding and interpretation, and they also believe that the many meanings arising from understanding the (religious) text are longitudinal meanings, not accidental and differentiated, and do not change with the change of the concept of the addressee.

They also believe that the issues of beliefs, morals and many legal provisions are fixed, and non-changeable, and the change in some Sharia rulings is due to the change in the subject of the Shariah ruling, not in the origin of the ruling, because religious knowledge is in two parts, certain knowledge, which is learned from certain approaches and evidence, and presumptive knowledge.

Through this research, we have found that the science of Western Hermeneutics has an analogue in Islamic thought, which is the science of religious origins, which is characterized by stability and certainty and is far from relativism and questioning the understanding of religious texts.
