Nations compete in order to design their cybernation map throughout using multiple sources of powers: commercial, economic, symbolic, cultural, strategic, and all elements that can extend from real nation to cyber one.

There are no fixed borders of cybernation map, no definite defensive lines, and no guaranteed immunity against aggressive activities; it is a competition managed on different theaters, encompassing mind, emotions, awareness, and ways of thinking; where the superior is the one who owns its conditions and has the art of conducting it.

Cyber competition preserves the strategic meaning of « overcoming », but with different and unique instruments in its features and actors.

This study includes an arguable discussion, and it's at the same time vital for deep national security dimensions.

It is the issue of cybernation; through its advantages, opportunities, and vulnerabilities.
