Abstract EN

This study aimed at describing and studying the role of public relations during crises and how to manage them in institutions and knowing the role of public relations in crisis management, based on the scientific literature concerned in this regard.

This is a descriptive Study, and used the Survey Method (documentary) the study concluded - That public relation has a fundamental role in the life of institutions, especially when facing crises.

- Crises are a common phenomenon in all developed and developing countries of the world and can affect Successful institutions.

-Traditional and new media are very important and necessary in crisis management.
