Abstract EN

This study is concerning the difficulties of the Algerian administration that faced by the colonial administration in Algeria’s departement.

the French army clashed many apponemt fight opposition that worked to stop crawling that lead to the distubance conditions and to its intability.

France try to do a reform in the administrative domain area.

the conduct of the affaire of colonisors and the Algerians by changing the provisors rulers workers and conservatives.

modifing this duties constantly, it has faded with the issue decission and decrees daily.

that is why we decided to addrers our topic in the application of military colonial administration in Algeria from 1830 to 1860.
