Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of the training program based on the proposed sustainable educational development theory in developing electronic professional competencies for teachers.

The researcher adopted the descriptive approach in preparing the observation card, which consisted of (34) paragraphs, and its validity and stability were verified, and the experimental approach in applying the training program, and the statistical analysis package (SPSS) was adopted to extract the results.

The results showed : 1.

There is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the teachers of the experimental group who were exposed to the training program based on the proposed sustainable educational development theory and the average scores of the teachers of the control group who were not exposed to the training program based on the theory of sustainable educational development proposed in the card.

Note the electronic professional competencies in the dimensional measurement prepared by the researcher.

There are no differences between the average scores of the teachers of the experimental group who were exposed to the training program based on the theory of sustainable educational development proposed in the electronic professional competencies note card prepared by the researcher according to the gender variable (male/female) in the dimensional measurement, and accordingly the null hypothesis was accepted Third, the alternative hypothesis is rejected 3.

There is no statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.05) between the average scores of the teachers of the experimental group who were exposed to the training program based on the theory of sustainable educational development proposed in the electronic professional competency note card prepared by the researcher according to the variable years of service in the dimensional measurement.

The research recommended the following : - The necessity of preparing courses, seminars and workshops to learn about this theory, as well as to use its educational applications in a more effective manner.

Reconsidering the observation form adopted by educational supervisors and specialists to evaluate the teaching performance of teachers in line with the current multiplicity of teacher roles in e-learning.
