Abstract EN

This study aims to show question Khaldounian intellectual representations about agriculture and farmers through his famous book “the introduction”, in which Ibn Khaldoun had dealt the topic of agriculture as an economical activity, and the farmer as societal class stasting the position of this activity in the maps of Islamic societies in general, and Moroccan in particular.

so the main question here is: what are the parameters of the agriculture concept in Ibn Khaldoun thought?
