This article seeks to observe the positions of the narrator and the levels of ficialization in the thirteenth Maqama of al-Sarqusti, to discover the polyphony associated with the multiplicity of narrative voices and the divergence of points of view with respect to the main event.

in the Maqama according to the different positions of the narrative voices.

we have studied the types of narrators available in the Maqama, such as internal narrator and external narrator, which proves the diversity and multiplicity of narrators and voices.

our study of focusing also highlighted the multiplicity of levels, reaching seven levels, and the subjects of focus varied with the diversity of voices.
