Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify 1-percentage of students with learning difficulties in special education classes.

2- delayed mental abilities of students with learning difficulties.

to achieve the objectives of the research, it was necessary to have a tool to measure the delay in mental abilities, which prompted the researcher to review the literature and previous relevant studies, but no arab, local or foreign tool was available to the knowledge of the researcher to measure the delay of mental abilities for people with learning disabilities, in order for the current study to contribute to a new scientific addition in this field, the researcher has set out to build a tool through which it is possible to measure the delay in the mental abilities of people with learning difficulties based on the scientific steps used in building standards.

after distributing it to the research sample, the research reached the following results : 1- the percentage of learning difficulties has reached (66%).

2- all students who have learning difficulties suffer from delayed mental abilities.
