Abstract EN

This article aims to explain the elements of development in the thought of Malik bin Nabi, as he belives that that societies of the third world especially the Arab ones, have many natural and human components that can free them from backwardness and stagnation they suffer from if they are well-exploited, and thus they join the highly advanced societies, this can be achieved through cooperation and giving importance to agriculture, giving priority to production over consumption, in addition to the need to free raw material from western dominance, the exploitation of these components also lies in the need to invest in society and giving it priority over investment in money, working on mobilizing inactive social energies, achieving the so called social effectiveness- which played a major role in the development and prosperity of western society until it became a feature-as well as subjecting the process of production and consumption to a moral basis.
