In recent years, there has been a growing interest in the work-related pressures experienced by special education teachers, considering it as one of the primary challenges in the field of special education.

therefore, this research aims to explore the relationship between educational resources and the psychological stress experienced by special education teachers.

to achieve this goal, a descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, utilizing two instruments: a questionnaire assessing pedagogical factors (educational resources) and the psychological stress scale developed by Youssef Abdel Fattah.

the reliability and validity of these tools were tested.

the research sample consisted of 120 special education teachers who were purposefully selected.

the data were processed using specialized statistical software (SPSS), including the calculation of percentages, averages, standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficients, and t-tests.

the following results were obtained: a statistically significant relationship was found between the availability of educational resources and the psychological stress experienced by special education teachers.

there were no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological stress among special education teachers based on their years of experience (less than 6 years vs.
