At the beginning of the twenty-first century, the world witnessed a scientific and technological revolution that encompassed all aspects of social, cultural, economic and political life, and Algeria, like the rest of the world.

it drew attention to the education and training sector and its reform for comprehensive and sustainable human development the guidance and direction of the school and vocational is one of the main pillars of the educational process of learning in the Algerian school, but it has undergone changes in the philosophy and functions, according to the requirements of the times and the necessities of social change.

the researcher worked closely with the field for more than twenty years and produced a number of scientific and methodological proposals and visions that will be an effective and complementary foundation in any new educational reform project.
