Al Hajjaj knew centuries of neglect and exclusion from the circle of western epistemological consideration but his return to the scientific arena began with the appearance of Musannaf fi al Hijjaj by Perlman chaiime who wrote a complete and true dictionary of all forms of arguments and their influence which was associated with political and legal factors more than literary ones Perelman’s launchwas not out of nowhere but rather had deep roots throughout history starting from the Greek era up to the modern era between the affected the corrected the critic and the transgressor the objectives of the study lie in shedding light on one of rhetoric which is al Hijjaj because of its role in developing other areas of life whether politics religion society law or the judiciary in addition to allocating it to Perelman for the scarcity of libraries in translating the thought of this great thinker the study aims to enrich scientific research with thought that is considered effective in the western and Arab intellectual arena alike and that one of the result reached in this research is that al Hijjajwith Perelman was liberated from the metaphysical idealistic and positivist constraints that had been confining him for a long period of time and he of philosophy and logic and low and began to produce practical discourses in the field of human reality in order to achieve justice and fairness and I followed the analytical and historical approach in this study as they are the appropriate approaches for it.
