The current study aims to identify the psychological pressures perceived among the professors of the fifth year in light of the evaluation of gains, where the number of members of the examined sample intentionally selected (72) professors for the fifth year, where the descriptive analytical method was used, and a questionnaire related to the field of study, and to answer the questions of the study and address them graphically, a set of statistical methods were relied upon, and the results of the study resulted in the following: the existence of psychological pressure to a high degree realized by the teachers of the fifth year in light of the evaluation of gains, the presence of psychological pressure to a high degree among teachers of the fifth year regarding the exam to evaluate the cognitive gains of students.
