This study aimed to know the relationship of burnout and its relationship to coping, we relied on this research on the descriptive analytical approach, the research sample was formed from 34 specialist doctors in Mostaganem hospital, and to collect data we have applied the burnout scale and the coping scale, and to analyze the data we relied on the statistical system SPSS where the results came as follows: there is a statistically significant negative correlation between burnout and the problem focused coping strategy.

there is a statistically significant correlation between burnout and the emotion focused coping strategy.

there is no correlation between burnout and the search for social support.
