The study aims to reveal the extent to which the public relies on Youtube in shaping public opinion issues in Algeria, and the method used is the survey method as the most appropriate method for such media research.

the study concluded that the issue of Algerian-Moroccan relations is the most important issue that occupies Algerian public opinion via Youtube, especially in light of the political escalation between the two countries, which has led Algeria to sever its diplomatic relations with the Moroccan neighbor since August 24, 2021.
