Electronic commerce contracts are among the most problematic issues related to the fact that they may go beyond the territory of one country, because they include a foreign element, whether with regard to the parties to the legal relationship, or in view of their subject or place of conclusion and implementation, and this may raise the issue of conflict of international jurisdiction, which was keen the Algerian legislator to control it through the electronic commerce law 18-05, taking into account the sovereignty of the state over its territory, as well as ensuring the enforceability of the judicial ruling issued in this regard.
