Through this study, we aim to provide a theoretical framework and conceptual clarification of digital technology, human resource development and the role and impact of digital technology in human resource development.

this study concluded that digital technology plays a crucial role in improving the development of human resources, as it contributes to enhancing learning, communication and skills development, and thus enhances the efficiency and creativity of employees.

therefore, institutions and organizations must be ready to take advantage of the available opportunities and adopt digital technology as a major tool in human resource development strategies.
