Banks, whether governmental or private, or with regard to the work of the bank deposit Warranty company, and measuring the extent of their impact on the consolidation and fortification of the Iraqi banking sector.

La Banque centrale irakienne exerce ses fonctions de contrôle conformément à la loi, que ce contrôle soit prévu par la loi bancaire ou par la loi sur la banque centrale en vigueur en Irak, ce qui nous importe c'est l'efficacité de ce contrôle à la lumière de la mise en oeuvre du règlement de la Banque centrale d'Irak relatif à la garantie des dépôts bancaires.

Ce contrôle est exercé sur les institutions bancaires et financières opérant en Irak, y compris la Société de garantie des dépôts bancaires en particulier.

Ce rôle important de la banque centrale est censé être exercé avec efficacité.
