The higher education and scientific research sector in Algeria was a pioneer to enter the world of digitization, and the focus of those in charge of this digital scene was directed to transforming the university space into a district that integrates and brings together most of the communication platforms that formed a link between academics, students and even administrators and work to address classic solutions that no longer work in light of the tremendous development of information and communication technology and in light of the significant increase in the number of users of the virtual space, which since the beginning of its emergence in the educational environment has aroused many The study's conclusion is that the communication landscape in Algerian universities is undergoing a process of development and renewal of all traditional practices and their transformation into more interactive and functional digital practices than before.
