they are called cross-border companies, but the latter may be active within the framework of the law and may also be active in an illegal framework, so these actions are included in the criminalization circle.

in view of the criminal seriousness of these companies, countries have endeavored to include in their legislation legal principles that control how the penal text applies to them in terms of the place when they commit the crime, including the Algerian legislation.
