Abstract EN

Countries around the world have recently begun to use digitization in the judiciary as an alternative to the traditional judiciary, and this is what made Algeria modernize the justice sector, in order to bring this facility closer to the citizen, which is considered as the foundation of the state.

this is what we observe through the legal texts introduced by the Algerian legislature through the law n° 15-03 related to the modernization of justice which aims to moving towards the electronic litigation in both ordinary and an administrative judiciary, and it was followed bu the civil and administrative procedures law n° 22-13 through transforming paper procedures into electronic ones, in order to eliminate the abuse of traditional courts, and facilitate the litigation prodecures thanks to to the modern technology to apply the electronic administrative litigation.
