When the law grants a certain right to a person, that is a kind of comfort that happens, but when it is granted the same right under the provisions of Islamic law, so this right is a kind of holiness that can not be different in its interpretation, as long as the right of women to in heritis part of the rights that the legal texts derived from the provisions of the Shariah are established by determining the customs say the existence of the inheritance of women by depriving them some times and by seeking equality between them and men at other times imposes the recognition that is not consistent with logic despite especially in light of the flagrant violations of women’s rights to inheritance, which imposes the question of the extent of women’s enjoyment of the right to inheritance under the legal emphasis on that right and deny it custom.
