This study pursues the evolution of the parliamentary interpellation in the Algerian experience, whether on its object or functional level, in order to understand its political and juridical dimensions, according to the Algerian political and constitutional system.

as a result, the parliamentary interpellation swayed between stability and change, on its evolution, and it was recognized new and important provisions by the new constitutional reforms (for the year 2020), but just to restore its legal consideration, and not to give it real efficacy to strengthen parliament accountability of the government.
