Most of the projects lack advanced scientific techniques to complete their work, despite the advancement of technology that the countries of the world have witnessed, in a way that makes them lose the opportunity to gain time and speed of completion.

Where there is a problem in the difficulty of estimating the expected completion time as a result of irregularity, as well as the emergence of some problems and deviations for some activities during the implementation process, which requires reworking them, and all these factors lead to the failure to deliver the project on time.

The objective of the study was to use the Graphical Evaluation and Review Technique (GERT) technique, as well as to adopt the Fuzzy Logic theory in dealing with cases of uncertainty for the purpose of calculating the expected time to implement a project Drilling oil wells in the Iraqi Drilling Company by preparing timetables for activities.

For the purpose of obtaining the results, the programming language MATLAB 2020 was used.

The study concluded that the use of the fuzzy GERT technique is better than the classic technique to reduce the delay in completing the project on time.
