Abstract EN

Praise be to God, lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Seal of the prophets and messengers, Abu al-Zahra Muhammad, and upon his honorable and kind family.

and yet : this is a search for a great scholar of Arabic, who did not shine the spotlight on them as they should, and many scholars neglected him despite the distinguished efforts he made and the writings he left on many different Arabic sciences, namely : Muhammad bin Abi Al-Fath Al-Baali (T : 709 AH).

the research dealt with two demands, one of them : it included a statement : (his name and lineage, his birth, his upbringing and his travels, his morals and attributes, his scientific status, his old men and students, his writings, and his death), and the second requirement included : (The Baali's approach to martyrdom), and before talking about the Baali's approach in the martyrdom i talked about the concept of the witness and its importance, and came out with results about Al-Baali and his method in employing the evidence, especially the Qur'anic ones.
