Abstract EN

This research paper aims to highlight the role of the judiciary establishing the foundations and bases of family security through its various functions such as judicial work or jurisdictional work, and through its constitutions including the judiciary the public prosecution as well as the supreme court.

the paper sheds light on the methods and tools of intervention in family matters and explains the provisions borough by the new substantive and procedural laws like amendment to the family law of 2005, and civil and administrative procedures law of 2008.

it also uncovers the most significant obstacles and difficulties that hinder the performance of judicial tasks to the fullest.

among which the establishment of specialized family justice has become an urgent necessity, considering the unique nature of the family institution.
