therefore, the constitutional recognition of the right of access to administrative information in accordance with the provisions of article 55 of the 1996 constitution is of great importance for the realization of the right.

participation, considering that the constitutional entrenchment of any of the subjects of law means the elevation of the standards of recognition and legitimacy, embodied by this trend, must constitute an effective guarantee to protect this right and allow the person to rule on its complaint or objection in the absence of access to the information it represents.
