Abstract EN

This research presents updates in the scope of implementation of administrative judicial rulings and decisions issued by the administrative judicial authorities, according to law 22-13 amending and supplementing law 08-09, by researching the nature of enforceable administrative judicial rulings and decisions adopted by the legislator similar to judicial rulings issued within the scope of the ordinary judiciary; which is the final character of the judgment or decision, after the rulings issued in the first instance by the administrative judicial authorities were enforceable- as a general principle- and neither the appeal nor the cassation had a stopping effect under law 08-09.

value for the benefit of a private law person, as a direct mechanism to ensure the implementation of administrative judicial decisions that include financial conviction against public law persons.
