and waste was not as dangerous as it was in this era, however, with the emergence of the industrial revolution and the accompanying increase in production and consumption, it inevitably resulted in an increase in the proportion of waste production resulting from various human activities.

the waste problem has become one of the most significant problems facing cities and clusters owing to the risks they pose to the environment and its natural resources and to the health and economic aspects.

thus, the economic treatment of waste is intended to benefit from it through the recycling process hence the first two results of the elimination of waste and its negative effects, the second is to make use of recovered materials in the process of manufacturing and production, that is, to have economic and health environmental dimensions, recycling contributes to a range of economic benefits that benefit the national economy from materials recovered from various industries and reduces the use of indigenous raw materials, thereby contributing to sustainable development in the sense of optimal utilization of natural resources and wealth.
