Tourism real estate is considered one of the important alternatives that Algeria relies on in financing the public treasury, whether it is in the form of a protected area, an area located in tourism expansion, or a tourist site, especially in light of the current conditions that are known to fluctuate in oil prices, so relying on tourist real estate has become a priority the investment policy because of the role that the latter plays in advancing the economic development wheel, which made its success dependent on the methods of owning tourist real estate and the simplicity of the procedures for obtaining it on the one hand, and the guarantees and incentives granted within the framework of investment and the obstacles it still faces on the other hand.
