this necessitates the separation of these disputes according to what distinguishes business life.

this led the Algerian legislator to establish specialized courts to adjudicate commercial disputes, represented by specialized commercial courts.

our study aims to clarify the reasons that led the Algerian legislator to establish specialized commercial courts under law no.
