This study aims to highlight on the rapid developments in the economic field, especially with regard to financial and banking operations related to banks in all countries of the world where this development created what is known as encrypted digital currencies, which spread widely, which made it imperative to legally frame them in view of the advantages of these currencies, especially since the authority to issue regular currencies belongs to the state only through its central banks exclusively, while encrypted digital currencies can be created by natural persons through modern digital programs.

this process is called "the mining", which makes it dangerous when dealing with it, which requires that these currencies be surrounded by legal guarantees.
